Insurance
We do not accept insurance; however, we will provide you with a statement at the end of the month that you can provide to your insurance carrier to be reimbursed for our services. Please check with your insurance carrier to verify they will reimburse you for services provided by out of network providers.
Payment
Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, and Paypal are accepted for payment. Payment is due at time of service.
Cancellation Policy
Because appointments are scheduled weeks in advance, if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session as booked except in cases of emergency, illness or when the appointment is rescheduled within the same week.
